ACCIDENT AND human fatalities are unpleasant part of unbalanced development of transportation technology AND the important cause of death in Iran. The total driving fatalities in 2010 was 22974 which had been reduced 107% as to previous year AND the total number of fatalities in rural areas was 13556 in 2010 which had been reduced 301% as to previous year. According to high fatal traffic ACCIDENT AND the importance of ACCIDENT-prone places, in this article was attempted to study Tehran-Rudehen 50Km route as an example until the hazard cause AND ACCIDENT prone places to be examined AND by study of the ACCIDENT prone ORGANIZATION procedures, the role of each effective factors to be determined AND necessary solution to be taken.

INTRODUCTION: Road ACCIDENTs are the 9th main cause of death AND it will be expected to be the 3rd factor of mortality AND morbidity by 2020. This study was done to determine epidemiological characteristics of those subjects who were injured during road ACCIDENT. MATERIALS & METHODS: The statistical population included all road ACCIDENT injured patients who referred to Besat hospital in 1999. This study was descriptive AND data was collected by interviewing patients or their family AND recording the result in a check list. Data was analyzed by SPSS-win AND descriptive statistics. RESULTS: A total number of 205 subjects including 34 (16.6%) female AND 171 (83.4%) male were studied. Of those cases, 8 (3.9%) were died in the hospital, 95 cases (46.3%) were injured in the urban roads AND streets AND the other 110 cases (53.7%) were injured in interurban road ACCIDENTs. None of the injured patients used seat belts in cars or helmet when they ride motorcycles.CONCLUSION: With respect to the result of this study by increaseing the number of cars AND motor vehicles, the rate of ACCIDENTs AND the number of victims will increase. Authorities must give priority to public education on traffic laws AND immunity precautions, especially for public transportation drivers, motorcyclists AND pedestrains

Purpose: Managers are one of the important elements of an ORGANIZATION, for this reason, in order to draw the future of the ORGANIZATION, it is necessary for the planners to specify the conditions of their selection AND appointment. Therefore, the current research has been done with the aim of identifying AND analyzing the components of selecting future principals.Method: In this research, comparative AND benchmarking method is used as a prospective approach. This approach is based on the belief that today's advanced ORGANIZATIONs/countries can be considered as a model for the future of another ORGANIZATION/countries in their respective subjects. For this, first, the fields of comparison AND benchmarking were determined using Brody's four-step comparison method; then the countries of Canada, FinlAND, Australia, South Africa, AND Japan were selected according to the qualitative balance value in the international advanced TEAMS test, human development index, life quality index(health, instruction, AND welfare), education quality index, AND other scientific-scholarly indexes; finally, by extracting the criteria for the selection AND appointment of principals through content analysis AND comparison with Iran, the proposed framework for Iran has been presented.Findings: A total of 61 components for the selection of secondary school principals were identified from among the studies conducted in the selected countries in this article. By extracting the commonalities AND differences of each of the components among the countries, it was found that the highest index of manager selection AND appointment belongs to Japan AND the lowest one is related to FinlAND.Conclusion: There are similarities between the components of selection of principals of secondary schools in Iran AND selected countries. In Iran, special attention should be paid to important components such as adherence to religious principles, appropriate personality traits, creativity AND innovation, motivation to develop capabilities, professional growth, power of supervision AND accountability, social image, leader skills, AND purposefulness AND foresight.

One may say that The Open Society AND Its Enemies (OS) offered in 1945 the first complete elaboration of the general approach proposed by Karl Popper, namely his ‘critical rationalism’, a bold generalization of the fallibilist falsificationism in the domain of the empirical sciences masterly proposed in Logik der Forschung (1934). The political content of The OS has been critically discussed. Nevertheless, not all people insist on the equally important moral dimension of the book, giving it its unity, I submit. Without morality, no critical discussion, no reason, no open society, let us say in a nutshell. I would argue that according to Popper, a strictly Christian morality of love would not be the appropriate emotional companion of critical rationalism, but that the less demANDing moral emotion of sympathy or compassion is perhaps necessary to give it its force against violence. I give some support to this line of argument. In my view, Popper proposed a somewhat unarticulated critical rationalist ‘emotivism’ of sorts. The emotion of compassion is necessary for triggering our moral decisions AND values, which are the ultimate basis of the choice for a reason against violence.

Background AND Purpose: This study was conducted in Mashhad city in 2023 in order to discover AND understAND the motivations, causes AND reasons for staged car ACCIDENT AND drawing its social contexts based on the lived experience of actors in this field.Method: The samples (people with a history of staged car ACCIDENT at least once) were selected purposefully AND the data were collected through the direct narrative interview technique with the actors AND analyzed using the qualitative method of thematic analysis. Findings: Among the descriptive findings, indicators such as being a male, being between the ages of 28 AND 50, being a migrant are common characteristics of actors, AND happening in the middle of the night AND lonely roads AND dangerous highways are common characteristics of the action of staged car ACCIDENT. From the theme analysis, we found seven main themes, which are : “Migration”, “Differential bonding AND reinforcement”, “Disordered extended family”, “Economic instability”, “Deprivation trap”, “Perception of social inequality”, AND “Element of excitement in carnival life”.Results: Staged car ACCIDENT is a phenomenon that is most related to economic issues or other branches of it, such as inequality AND poverty, AND the most important motive for staged car ACCIDENT is to receive blood money AND solve financial problems.

In industry AND developed societies, annual work ACCIDENTs can bring about huge losses. By proper analysis of these events, the development of controlling measures can be the most important action to prevent similar events AND enhance the health of the society. Hence, the current study was aimed at analyzing a case of occupational ACCIDENTs leading to death in one of the car industries. This qualitative case study was conducted in spring, 2018. With the implementation of Systems Theoretic ACCIDENT Model AND Processes (STAMP), the incident statement had been described accurately AND, then, a safety control structure has been designed to determine inadequate effective safety control actions in the event of an ACCIDENT. In the analysis of the incident, various factors were involved at different levels of incident hierarchy where the various components of socio-technical systems interact with each other; the inadequate control action of the safety unit was more prominent. Based on the STAMP technique, unlike traditional methods, does not consider the cause of the ACCIDENT just a component of failure or malfunction of the system. Therefore, it provides a useful tool in incident analysis, especially in complicated AND sensitive systems.
